Fifteen years ago, I met Neeta Mittal on Daou Mountain, watching Daniel Daou map out his vision for Paso. We stood there, soaking in the golden-hour glow, completely unaware of just how much Paso Robles—and our own businesses—would grow in the years to come.
At the time, I was just launching Uncorked Wine Tours, excited but unsure of where this path would take me. Neeta was standing on the edge of something just as big—building what would become one of Paso’s most unique and celebrated wineries.
Over the years, I’ve watched Neeta bring something entirely new to Paso Robles wine country—an experience that isn’t just about tasting wine, but about deeply engaging with it.
