Pickup locations are in Paso Robles, subject to availability.
We take a credit card on file to reserve your spot and cash will be the form of payment upon pick up day of.
Exact pick-up times will be sent a few days prior to the party due to a lot of last minute bookings and logistics. We will get you to the party when it starts.
We will have shuttle buses leaving the party starting at 9:30 and rotating through until the party is over and we have all guests back safely.
Bookings for this event will start January 2nd. So call or email to secure your seat.

Tobin James Gang Festival Shuttle Booking Agreement

Tasting fees are not included in our rate. Each winery has a different policy regarding tasting fees. We are happy to go over the winery policies once we get you booked.
$200 cancellation policy upon booking. The card on file will be charged $200 if you cancel anytime after you book your tour.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of your tour, your card will be charged for the full amount of the tour at the hourly rate and the minimum number of hours for that day.
Confirmed pick up time cannot be changed the day of the wine tour.
